StyDate Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the StyDate mobile application (the "App") provided by the StyDate developer ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes on a device you own or control.

You agree to:

• Use the App only for lawful purposes.
• Not modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.
• Not distribute, sell, or transfer the App to others.

2. Content and Ownership

All content in the App, including text, graphics, and software, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright and other laws. You may not copy or reproduce any part without permission.

3. No Warranty

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

5. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The updated version will be effective upon posting in the App. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

6. Termination

We may terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms.
